Marine Synopsis -

Strong winds and rough seas persist overnight as high pressure gradually builds in from the northwest. High pressure will hold settled conditions through the remainder of the week with decreasing winds and seas. A low pressure system then moves up from the south bringing rain, showers strong winds and building seas Friday night through Saturday.

Tonight -

  Winds northerly 20 to 30 knots, decreasing 18 to 24 knots by dawn...  Isolated light showers with mainly fair visibility... Seas inside the reef 2 to 4 ft... Outside the reef 6 to 12 ft...  Sunset: 6:10 pm.

Wednesday -

  Winds northerly 18 to 24 knots, backing northwesterly and decreasing 12 to 18 knots by evening, further decreasing 8 to 12 knots overnight...  A few isolated light morning showers with mainly fair visibility... Seas inside the reef 2 to 4 ft... Outside the reef 6 to 12 ft, decreasing during the afternoon inside the reef 2 to 3 ft... Outside the reef 5 to 10 ft...  Sunrise: 6:55 am; Sunset: 6:10 pm.

Thursday -

  Winds northwesterly 8 to 12 knots, becoming light and variable during the morning, settling southeasterly 8 to 12 knots during the evening...  Seas inside the reef 2 to 3 ft... Outside the reef 5 to 9 ft, decreasing...  Sunrise: 6:53 am; Sunset: 6:11 pm.

Friday -

  Winds southeasterly 8 to 12 knots, gradually increasing 16 to 22 knots during the evening...  Isolated to scattered showers overnight with fair to poor visibility... Seas inside the reef 1 to 2 ft... Outside the reef 4 to 8 ft, increasing during the night...  Sunrise: 6:52 am; Sunset: 6:12 pm.

Saturday -

  Winds southeasterly 16 to 22 knots, increasing 20 to 30 knots with gusts to 40 knots during the morning, veering southerly overnight...  Patchy rain and showers with a risk of thunder and poor to very poor visibility... Seas increasing, inside the reef 2 to 3 ft... Outside the reef 5 to 11 ft...  Sunrise: 6:51 am; Sunset: 6:13 pm.
